You can cancel or reschedule within your account up to 24 hours before your massage. After 24 hours you must contact us. Our cancellation policy states that if you cancel within 24 hours you are subject to 50% of the service price. If you miss your appointment without contacting us you will be charged the full amount.

True Massage & Wellness is by appointment only and does NOT accept walk-ins. All massages are booked through our Jane software and can be done up to two hours before the available appointment time. A credit card must be used to reserve your spot–no payment is made at that time. When you come into the studio you may pay with any card you choose or by check.

Yes! We have EGift cards that may be purchased on our website. You will receive an email with a code. We do not currently offer physical gift cards.

No, at this time we are unable to accept cash as payment except for as gratuity.

We only have one room available so this is not possible. We do have a comfortable and relaxing lobby, however, that your companion is welcome to wait in if you choose to book sessions one right after another.

This is a term we use for our holistic approach to massage. It is completely customizable. Book this if you want Deep Tissue, Swedish, Fascial work, or Sports Massage. We blend these therapies into your session according to your needs that day. Pressure preference will be determined. So one day you may want a more intense focus session on lower body only and another day you want a more relaxing full body reset–Intergative is the one to book!

MLD (Vodder) is bodywork done without lotion and focuses on pressure and stretch applied to the skin to help move and drain lymphatic fluid. This is great for any swelling-injury or post op, sinus congestion, lymphedema, etc. Brazilian Massage is more vigorous and uses cream to encourage lymph to move– this is beneficial for general wellness and contouring. Both methods are super relaxing and great for the nervous system.

This massage focuses on alleviating symptoms associated with tight face, jaw, and neck muscles. It includes intraoral work.

This is massage work inside the mouth! It is always done with gloved hands and focuses on muscles causing jaw and facial tension.

No, we do not. Only one therapist works at a time. The best way to book is online and contact is via email or text. We share the building with Admiring You Wellness so you may see others in the lobby.
